Lori Cheese

The real taste of “Lori” cheese can be experienced only in Armenia. What do we know about brined cheese? The main difference of it from other cheese types is that it is matured and kept in brine, that is why they do not have crusts, have elastic consistence, are fragile, the color of the dough is white-yellow, the holes inside have various shapes and sizes.
Ingredients: Cultured pasteurized whole milk, enzymes, non-animal rennet (chemosin), salt.

Store at the conditions of 0-8ºC temperature and 80% relative air humidity.
